CIBC interview questions

1st round chat with HR, hiring manager called a few days later to schedule interview. HR asked about my CV, experiences with programming, pretty much just the application but verbally. HR for Treasury asked behavioural questions, then one technical question; if you have a portfolio of long term bonds and expect interest rates to increase, how will you maintain the value of your portfolio.

online meeting. The interviewer was very nice and friendly. Just some basic questions and small talk. Tell me a time you had a really upset customer, and how did you solve the issue?
