Everything went really smoothly considering it was their first ever AC. There was a fun group exercise, a behavioural and technical interview with 2 members of the team. The S&T division, Corporate banking and innovation banking had their ACs together.

Online application and two online interview rounds via video call. Very smooth process. One screening round with recruiter and one with hiring manager team. All behavioural no technical questions. Interviews were approx 15-30 minutes in length.

It was a brief 15 min screening interview. The interviewer was on time and professional. Gave me a timeline as well but heard back from them after the stated deadline.
