Interview
Interview by a team of 4 persons including HR personnel. The questions asked were difficult, but just prepare for the interview by doing your research a head of time and you should have no problems.
Hirevue, classic question (tell me about yourself, why cibc, why investment banking, tell me about a time you were part of a team). Followed by competency and motivational questions. Overall a fairly standard process,

Very reasonable and seamless. Interviewers were great, on time and asked all the right questions.
Explained all salary and benefits questions and kept me in the loop. Great job team!
