Interview
First had a HR screening, and then they sent me an OA to complete (basic python strings). After 2-3 weeks, I got invited to a final round with the hiring manager.

Tell me about yourself, how would you explain a technical concept to a non-technical person, why CIBC
First round hr interview is just a very quick resume walk through. They ask you about the experiences on your resume and just a quick behavioral asking about you as a person. Then I was let know of position availability.
The CIBC interview process was structured and professional, with clear communication throughout. It included a recruiter screen, a technical challenge, and panel interviews that focused on both skills and culture fit.
