3 interview stages. First is a phone call ,then an online video interview where you talk about yourself and cibc.If you pass this stage then another and the last interview will be scheduled.This will be a role play interview

Tell me about yourself. Tell me about when you handled a difficult client and how did you handle it.
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
