Superday with around 4-5 interviews with current employees, ranging from analyst to senior executives. Interviews are generally qualitative but may get some analytical questions based on prior experience. Overall, very welcoming and supportive interview process.

Walk me through your resume / how your prior experience would translate into the role of a commercial banking intern.
very smooth and quick process. HR and one other round with a team member of the respective internship job. interviews were around 30 minutes long, very friendly and you we’re encouraged to asking questions and have curiousity.
The interview process was great, they were pretty accommodating. The whole interview process took about 2 weeks but before they got back to me it was around 1 month so depends on how you see it

Interviewed for 10 minutes instead of the scheduled 20 minutes. HR introduces himself, asking some mandatory questions like sponsorship, and 2 standard questions which about resume. No Behavioral Question received.
