The interview process was through an agency. It took a long time, expect at least 3 4hours of your time. It was a long time ago so things might have changed.

I didn't have any unexpected question. There was more quantity than quality - a lot of questions
Hirevue, classic question (tell me about yourself, why cibc, why investment banking, tell me about a time you were part of a team). Followed by competency and motivational questions. Overall a fairly standard process,

Interview
Very reasonable and seamless. Interviewers were great, on time and asked all the right questions.
Explained all salary and benefits questions and kept me in the loop. Great job team!
