Online Interview for the Technology Leadership Associate Program. The first stage was an online interview where I was asked three questions. You can use your phone or a laptop. It all depends on what you want.

Online application and two online interview rounds via video call. Very smooth process. One screening round with recruiter and one with hiring manager team. All behavioural no technical questions. Interviews were approx 15-30 minutes in length.

It was a brief 15 min screening interview. The interviewer was on time and professional. Gave me a timeline as well but heard back from them after the stated deadline.
