Interview
After clearing selection of candidates, 3 interview processes:
-interview of HR
-interview with Manager and Senior Manager
-interview with AVP or VP of the group

Behavioural questions - mainly related to uncontributing members of the team and how the individual would handle it
Mostly conversational interviews, met with a total of 6 individuals. Also included a 1 hour simulation that you are on video for during. The process was quite quick, 2 rounds of 3 interviews and did them all within a week or two
