2 interviews one with the team lead and one with the manager. I attended telephonic and personal rounds of interviews, they offered me lower than my expectation, hence i am still confused to join it. .
Hirevue, classic question (tell me about yourself, why cibc, why investment banking, tell me about a time you were part of a team). Followed by competency and motivational questions. Overall a fairly standard process,

Very reasonable and seamless. Interviewers were great, on time and asked all the right questions.
