Interview
It was about 45 minutes, the manager asked me questions based on the resume and introduced more information about this position. But it took almost 1 month to get the result, it was a little bit long.

What is the biggest challenge in your last job and how did you overcome it?
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
