Beware of being oversold for the job - none of the promises came to life. Interview itself is a standard set of questions about customer service and sales. Got an offer for a lower pay than I had before and had to challenge it by showing results from a previous job.

Describe a situation where you had a conflict with a customer or management and how you resolved it.
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
