Interview
Initial screen with director followed by an in-office case. Lady was somewhat friendly but also intense. Case format was similar to many other sell-side positions, working in excel on financial statements and drawing conclusions also representing findings in graphs/charts.

Question 1
Screening interview was standard about background. Only strange part was that she insisted that I couldn't look at my resume.
The interviewer asked a lot of questions about my previous work experience. The first interview did not really look into the technical skills. The overall interview experience was nice and the interviewer was very efficient.

Interview
Competitive process, interview definitely tried to get on your nerves, don't fall for it, stay calm, patiently find a good window for your prepared pitch. There will be intentional interruptions and uncomfortable challenges, be ware.
