Interview
Very intense. Grilled for entire resume. Felt intimidating but fair, they know what they are looking for. Interviewed first round with MD, followed by a technical modelling assessment. Made to second round where I met with the analyst which was more casual.

Asked every detail of resume. Didn’t want context just direct answers.
Screening call with the Hr, then an in person interview where you will get absolutely grilled on everything on your resume. Then a case study. Brutal interview process. The case study is just a modelling test and then a report. Around 2 hours total.

Incredibly rude interviewer. Do not bother showing up if the executive director is interviewing you. Just look at the other reviews. She’s an absolute nightmare. No technical questions just interrogation of your resume for 45 mins. Was so bad I didn’t even go to the second interview.
