Question 1
How will i deal with a client who has no knowledge of the product.
This is a really great place to grow a long term career. Management and coaches are great except for the odd one here and there. Overall culture is inclusive and welcoming. Pay is lower compared to other banks but still a good pay scale that is fair. Down side is shift work, and it is very metric and target driven. That being said, you have support to get to the level you need to be at. However if your need space to rest because you cannot see yourself as being “on” to clients all the time, then this may not be the place.
Over the phone
- HR specialist called and asked questions related to my work experience, background, educational qualification etc.
- asked problem solving questions
- Gave a situation and asked how would I perform
