Very quick and relatively easy. Friendly team, no pressure. Brief phone interview in which we scheduled an in person meeting at the branch a few days later. Branch manager was very quick and friendly. Received a call the same day with an intended start date. This job is more about customer service than being able to handle cash.

They phone you to discuss role and then you are invited to HR office to do mock client interaction and discuss your experience dealing with clients. If you are charismatic and professional you will do well.
