Two rounds of interview after getting in.
First was a call based round. More of a personality type, behavioral interview. After clearing that, second was an in person round at the branch. Talked about the role, expectations, experience related questions.

30 mins in-person interview with branch manager, CSR manager, and an hr specialist on remote video. Many behavior questions, they finish their questions and you ask yours. But they are friendly not pressing.

30 minute phone call with multiple questions. Starting with questions regarding the experience, continues with behavioural questions and ends with role play. After the first round of interviews you advance to second round which is a an hour long video call with hiring manager
