Submitted resume to the branch manager and the branch manager called for face to face interview. Casual talk and asked about situational and behavioral questions. Asked me why I wanted to be a customer service representative and what I could bring to the team.

Second Round again by HR- This time Behavioral and situation based questions.
Third round by Team Leader- Background, skill check, behavioural, situational and other.
