Questions about my experiences and lots of behaviour and situational questions about customer service. Over 20 min, went through my resume making questions, interview very focused on Customer Service situtations.

Q: Tell me a time when you had to solve a customer issue in a quick time manner.

I applied online and they called and asked me to come for an interview.
They have prepared a full sheet of paper for interview questions, it was a lot. In addition, the interview took an hour it was a very long interview, and he said if I pass the interview with him, then I will going to have 2nd interview with his boss.

Why do we have to hire you?, why do you want to work for CIBC, tell me the 3 best things you've done so far, an experience that customers cannot understand you are talking and how did you solve the issue? what if customer......etc.
it was very pleasant and nice. the managers were really friendly they ask good and on point question like "tell me about the time you had to deal with difficult customer"
