2 rounds : phone interview + branch interview (each around 25 minutes)
questions were asked:
(1) what are the top 3 skills every bank teller must have to excel?
(2) what are your weaknesses?
(3) tell me about a situation with an angry customer that you resolved?
(4) why cibc?
(5) tell me a situation that demonstrates you are a team player
(6) goals for the future

Applied and was given a brief phone interviewing a week afterwards. Questions were all behavioral questions dealing with customer service. A week after that, an in person interview followed and it was equally simple. Asked about my past work experience and then just a few behavioral questions regarding teamwork. The interview process overall was more on the casual side, not much preparation is needed.
