I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CIBC (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online and a HR contacted me to arrange an phone interview tomorrow. It lasts 15 mins and regular questions. At the end of the interview, he said he will pass my resume to the manager, and if he interested in me, he will contact me probably at the end of this week (within 2 days). But now I didn't get any response, so I guess I failed.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CIBC (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Got interviewed by cibc hr and got a call 2 weeks after handing in my resume. Call went well asked a few behavioural questions. It last 20 minutes... After a month of applying through branches i get a call from the district manager for a csr position. I went into the head office and got interviewed by the district manager and the talent aquisition manager. The interview lasted 30 mins and I enjoyed it because they made me feel comfortable right when i walked in and let me take my time to answer the questions. It was all behavioural questions. I thi k they liked the fact that i told them i have a passion for sales and being a csr would give me the step in the doorway for greater oppertunities within the company. They saw I really wanted it and i thanked them for the interview and got a call back 2 days after my interview and was offered a position.
So far i love working at cibc , jobs really easy once you get used to the system and my coworkers are great :)
