Applied on the CIBC website. I was contacted after a week to set up a phone interview. I have just completed the phone interview and was told that I may hear from a branch manager within a week for a final interview then the week after I had an interview with the branch manager.

Apply for job online. Interview with Branch Manager and Asst. Branch manager. Most questions about customer service experience and some scenario questions on how you'd handle customer complaints. They also asked about your previous role and why you think you are a fit for this role. They also would like to know where you see yourself in next 5 to 10 years.
