CIBC Customer Service Representative interview questions

i went to open house, there were around 400 people on that day competting for the same position. quite nervous at begining but after 20mins wait, dont feel nervous no more. make sure you wear formal and professional. i saw people on that day wear casual and I am sure they wont get the offer. the interviewer is branhc manager and she review my work experience and ask couple questions regards on the resume. interview was quick, around 20 mins.

Got a call wanting to know If I was interested, told them I was, got called in for an interview, did the interview got called back a week later and got offered a position
