Interview
I had 7 interviews with different team members. cross-functional team members. I spent about 6.5 hours total on the interview process. I thought most of the individuals I met with gave me great optimism about the culture at the company. My only wish is that I was given constructive feedback on why they chose not to continue working with me after how much time I had invested and what I thought were positive interactions I had with the hiring manager.

It was a newly formed role within the organization. The interview questions were informal, and I was not asked any technical questions. It seemed that each person I interviewed with was wanting to get to know my personality.
