Interview based, with interviews that focused on behavioral qualities. You pass different filters and everyone in the interviews is extremely nice and understanding. They were on zoom, not in person but still very engaging

Among the CBRE values, which one do you align with most and why
The interview process began with an online screening that included a mix of technical and coding questions. After passing the screening, I had a video call interview where I discussed my approach to problem-solving, explained my past projects, and answered questions to assess my technical and communication skills.
Very quick and simple even up to final round interview. All questions about personality and professional characteristics. There were no technical questions. The interview lasted around 15 minutes and was just between myself and the director of the team.
