I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CBRE
Interview
Initial application, phone interview, face to face interview, assessment centre.
Initial interviews were quite relaxed and conversational - generic interview questions and competencies. A few questions about the industry but nothing too strenuous

Question 1
If you had £300 million to invest in property - where would you invest and why?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CBRE
Interview
Face-to-face with two team members. There was a considerable amount of questions that ranged from why you want to work in property to the current political and economic climate. It was an intense interview so you really need to be sure that you want to work for CBRE and have a very thorough understanding of current affairs, the property market, the economy and the company as a whole. The process is a lot more formal and you get the impression that they are looking for specific answers to questions so do as much research as possible in advance of a face-to-face.
