Very poor. At first, the recruiter was responsive, but during the interview the interviewer was very unprofessional. Kept the camera off the entire time. Kept on asking questions from a list. DId not ask anything about past or former projects. They did ask a lot of CS questions, that only tested memorization skills, but not concepts.
The recruiter was also very unresponsive. I have had better experiences with other singapore companies.

Interview
The interviewer asked about a challenge I faced in the past. I described one of the projects I worked on, the problem, and how I solved it. The interviewer told me that my example is not detailed enough and that I didn't actually implement it ( implied that I made it up).
3 part interview and a final HR interview.
They did not give much detail about the process overall. The first interview was mainly just going over resume and accomplishments whereas the next two more case studies and examples to learn about your skills as a researcher.
