The overall process was really great. All interviewers I talked with were patient and supportive. I was also impressed by the final Q&A session of each interview. Interviewers described detailed requirements and job functions specific to this position, as well as their opinions towards the tech&non-tech part of the company. Interviewers in SG are all fluent in English. Some interviewers in Beijing speak both English and Mandarin. One of the interviewers asked me if I'm OK with Mandarin before the chat, and he said we can reschedule for it if not OK. I really enjoyed all conversations I had, although I didn't get the offer.
