I had a disappointing experience during my interview with the hiring manager. The call took place while the manager was commuting, and the connection frequently dropped, which made it difficult to have a focused conversation. The questions asked leaned toward personal connections rather than evaluating my skills or potential contributions to the role. Overall, there was very limited opportunity for meaningful discussion regarding my qualifications and the position itself. I believe candidates would benefit from a more professional and structured interview process in the future.
