ByteDance interview questions

Technical Questions: Mainly CSS and JS Questions. CSS questions like Flex, grid layout, CSS performance, rendering process, how to center elements, how to paint a triangle, etc.JS questions including Promise, this, prototype, array flat, deep clone, etc.

I understand that it is an organisation that has origins from China but is asking the direct question "Do you speak Chinese?" an appropriate one to ask? Other than that, though the interview went relatively well; the structure was disorganised and there was no flow to the conversation. Therefore it became really hard to understand the logic of the discussion as the conversation haphazardly switches from "How do I prioritise my accounts" to Asking a question about past experiences in my previous companies.
