ByteDance interview questions

I applied through the employee referral. They asked me a number of questions related to my previous internship experiences and asked me to send a writing sample to them after the interview. A pure waste of time as I felt they just want to know how other companies worked and hired someone super disqualified later.

It was like meh. Not too good not too bad. Interviews are so so. Not exiting to work for them. Big company though. Look good on résumé probably. Ahah. I wouldn’t interview with them again.
