ByteDance interview questions

Had the wonderful experience of being ghosted twice for the same role. The first time, recruiter ghosted me after the initial screening. A couple of months later, another recruiter reached out apologizing for the delay to ask if I was still interested. Unfortunately said yes since the role seemed interesting. Déjà vu, another ghosting after 5 rounds of interview (Screening + 2 Hiring Managers + HOD + HRBP). No reply when I tried following up after 10 days. Glad to have dodged a bullet if this is the culture inside BD

Seemed they were not aware what were they looking for, technical pro or legal counsel. They were very disorganised, unprofessional, a bit arrogant. Interviewer did not even introduce himself. They might be attractive place for work for people without family. They were very proud about their 996 working hour system.
