I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Varsovia, Mazovia)
Interview
Overall a negative experience.
First point of contact was a US based talent guy who was unusually blunt for someone in his line of work.
First round was a technical task round which I cleared. It wasn't challenging but wasn't a cake walk either given the time constraint.
The final stage was an interview with two from the team. From what I could tell there isn't much of a culture there. I gave frank and honest answers which didnt go in my favour as I didn't get the offer.
My advice to anyone applying here - give them AI made answers and deliver it convincingly; they don't have an appetite for frankness.
Even lacked the courtesy to share any feedback.

Question 1
The general routine - past experiences, the good the bad the ugly.
Case study and personal experiences. They give you a lot of material to prepare with, it's a lot about structured thinking. Make sure you prepare the case study structures and know what experiences you can use to answer.
They were looking for someone who would be willing to jump in to multiple roles, not just the one advertised and the pay did not reflect my expectations for the level of work they wanted.
1st round of the interview process: A behavioral interview (virtually with an employee/consultant on the Zoom platform) and online questions (online platform multiple choices and calculations) average level of difficulty
