Interview
Gave a resume at a career fair and got an interview. At the interview they asked situational questions and asked specifically to answer them with the S.T.A.R. format. After the interview they asked me to participate in a group interview where 5 of us were given a task and had to work together to solve it. They looked for professional communication, balanced contributing/listening skills, creative ideas and team work abilities.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Anaheim, CA) in Mar 2022

all the questions were behavioral questions. They asked about my background and resume then questions like Why do you want to work at Boeing?
