Interview
They will ask 3-5 questions that will unlikely be related to your skills or qualifications. Usually 2-5 person interview panel. Second interview was more informal. All panel members write down your answers while you are talking which is kind of weird. They will ask questions for clarifications on your answers.

Interview
The Structured Interview was direct, since it was very structured, the Interviewer had no reason to provide feedback. I had no sense of whether it was a good interview or crappy.
