Best Buy Sales Associate interview questions

I applied on-line and took the mandatory personality test on a Sunday. By Tuesday I was called by an HR person who did a basic interview asking me about my interest in working for Best Buy, what hours I'd be available and what departments I'd be interested in, we then scheduled a 1:1 interview for that Friday. I met with the Customer Relations Manager who was nice; he asked several questions pertaining to customer and interpersonal relationships, some of the questions required a bit of thought though. He then said he would call in a few days to schedule a third interview, which I'm currently waiting for.

I went to the stores website and search for any open job and applied for one in my area. When I started the application it asked me what I wanted to apply for so I went ahead and chose something else that I saw didn't have an opening just in case. I was called about 2 weeks later and went to the store location. I was sent to the back area of the store where the restrooms are located in a small office. I was asked several question on certain scenarios with customers. It's been about 3 weeks and I haven't received any call.
