Applied online, Got an invitation for a Video Interview basically immediately. During this they give you questions and you record yourself answering them. At the time (like a month before writing this) you were able to refresh the page to redo your recording if you didn't like it. A couple days later got called and scheduled an in-person Interview at the store.

Video Interview: What excites you about working at best buy? tell us a little bit about yourself (hobbies and work)? Tell me about a time you had an exceptional level of customer service as the customer or employee? What are some goals you set for yourself, how will the role help achieve them? 15 minutes before you are scheduled to leave work you remember the list of tasks from the morning and they will take you about an hour to complete. What would you do? Can you tell us about a time when you took initiative to learn something new and why? You have a very long list of orders that need to be processed, and you are not sure if you complete it by the end of your shift. What would you do?
In person: About you/Previous working experience? Why work at best buy? Time you've dealt with an angry customer? Time you made a decision after gathering data? Time you built rapport with someone in difficult situation? What would you do if a Client wants their laptop back?
They did a virtual interview with a third party. They asked me around 8 questions with about 2 mintues to anwser them with 10 second to think of a response. Then I got texted from a hiring manager to schedule an in person interview.
