Not bad, very informal and personal. Most people there are great blue collar people just trying to make a living. Very down to earth management mostly. HR and upper management has been gutted twice the last few years though which does come with a loss in the "family feeling" I got used to there.
We met with HR and a senior leader via Zoom and explained the internship position and belden. I was called beforehand for availability. I was then videocalled to explain rejection
I applied online. I interviewed at Belden in Sep 2022
Interview
Two behavioral interviews. One was one-on-one, and the other was with two staff members. It was a very standard interview process. The people were very helpful and engaging. After the second interview it took about two weeks to hear about a potential offer.
