Belden interview questions

The questions for the Leadership Development Program interview were biographically based. Instead of asking the normal interview questions, Belden essentially asked for your life story and then had questions based off specific experiences, club memberships, internships, etc.

Straightforward interview process. Phone interview followed by an online assessment and then an in person interview at the plant. In person interview was with a panel of three. They asked me to work on a case study and provide solutions. Wonderlic test was a bit stressful, but the panel was friendly and reasonable.
