The hiring process was three steps essentially. First a phone screen with one of their employees which consists of basic behavioral and resume questions. Then they require you to take part in a pretty significant assessment which is six parts. This takes approximately two hours and is mostly behavioral. Then, lastly, they bring you into one of their offices and the two hour interview is split into three parts. A wonderlic test, case study (they provide you a prompt two days in advance) and a two on one interview with hiring managers.
