HR round is unbelievably easy as this place is just like a BPO Call center. They are not equipped to interview people from Credit/ Investment Banking.
Ops people just ask you basic questions like what is an OD, how will you judge ratios. Nothing much as they just look to hire people from relevant background. Once recruited, you are completely on your own.

Question 1
What salary are you looking at?
Salary negotiation with BSS is never as per Industry standards. They have policy that limits the increment in previous salary to 25-30% even if it creates a discrepancy running into 5-6 lakhs even at an analyst level.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Barclays
Interview
I saw the job posting on the careers website at my school. I applied and the next day I had a 30 minute phone interview with a first year analyst. Basic questions: why Barclays, what can you offer, tell me about the company, tell me about yourself. No technical questions. 4 days later invited to a superday in their New York offices, for 2 days after that. There were 4 back to back 30 minute interviews with everyone from analysts, to VPs, to MDs. 2 were behavioral and 2 were technical. Again, nothing unexpected. Basic accounting questions, bond math, asked about my view of the market, and to tell them about something I had recently read in the WSJ. 4 days after that I got a call extending me the offer.

Interview
I applied through my university, and had a first round interview with 2 current employees. They were both very friendly and asked me several standard behavioral questions. After my first round interview, I was invited for a superday. The superday consisted of 4 interviews with 2 people interviewing me in each one. They were all behavioral and with one or two technical questions.
