Barclays interview questions

Very organised and professional: Initial contact with the Recruitment Agency; Initial phone interview with the Senior Manager to assess suitability; Final interview, organised by HR, confirmed via Recruitment Agency in a matter of days. The interview was split in stages: competency based interview (about 6 competencies, 2 questions for each); 3 separate business line interviews with different managers all very professional, friendly and experienced interviewers.

I got 3 rounds of interviews, first with the hiring manager, then the Vice President and Director of the team. They focused on my previous experience and also asked some technical questions. So, get prepared for it!
