Question 1
Tell me three major events going on in the world at the moment and how it could affect Barclays
Applied on campus Got the interview call after one week. Two half an hour interviews taken by two different people. Both were a mix of technical, behaviour and resume based questions. Interviewers were good and co-operative. Got the offer one week after.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2014
Interview
Online form first then online test. Telephone interview was strength-based so not too hard. Assessment centre was held in Marriot hotel starting with a group exercise and three interviews. Three interviews are all conducted by VPs, can be quite technical but mostly about personality and understanding of the business.
