Barclays interview questions

Applied early December. I then received a follow up call with HR in February. I was invited to interview in late April with initially 2 interviews scheduled. One got cancelled, the other lasted 19 minutes.

The interview process lacked structure, and when conducted by Ind... interviewers, it felt rigid and overly focused on textbook definitions rather than practical discussions. Instead of encouraging engagement, the atmosphere was judgmental, making the experience feel more like an evaluation than a constructive conversation.
