Barclays interview questions

3 interviews, first was 20 assorted Java questions and some about my experiences. Second was 2 hours long, code review, more questions, coding challenge, architecture review. Third was culture and values, so mostly a formality.

At first, the process moved along fairly quickly. I went through two interviews: the first involved livecoding and technical questions. The second interview focused on values, mindset, and a good fit with the corporate culture. After the process was over, I was told to wait for the results. Several months passed, but I never received any results, not even through the automated system
