I would say the interview process was fair. Friendly interviewers asked detailed questions about my field and background. It can be nerve-wracking for job seekers, but my recent Barclays interview was surprisingly pleasant. The interviewers put me at ease and made it feel like a conversation. Their specific questions showed they were serious about finding the right candidate.
The entire process is long and time enduring, expect it to be multiple months between 1-2. There will be background checks as well. Will meet with different people as well.
