Very straight forward interview. Very nice people and enjoyed speaking about my background.
Almost every interview starts with "Run me through your CV" and this was no different. One questions that consistently came up was "Why Operations?". On top of that, it is important to know what your strongest achievement was. That was asked in two separate interviews.
