I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Barclays (Singapur) in Nov 2011
Interview
I had a phone interview which lasted 40 minutes. There were a number of behaviourial questions asked and it revolved around team work, decision making, passion for the bank and knowledge of the industry. Some questions are similar but are framed in a different language, such as tell me a time when you made an important decision and what it helped you achieve and tell me an achievement you're proud of.
