Barclays interview questions

Interview process is simple, we got opportunity to attend for one round. the problem is they hired me for Team manager and they allotted one level down... the HR are cheaters here and they say all false information and later they commit that they dont

Numerical and logical on-line test. First round: tel interview with HR, questions e.g., why investment banking, why quant, describe your PhD project. Second round: one-day assessment center. First, solve a paper test, containing math, probability, programming questions, need speed. Second, do a trading game within a team of 5 people. Third, 4-round 1v1 interviews (2 maths, 1 programming, 1 general). Decision will be made the next day of the assessment center.
