Interview
It was a case study, a personal fit interview and a technical interview. The case study was a lot of information for very little time. The other two interviews were interesting and doable.

Question 1
The case study was about a wind farm, with the interviewer being quite intransparent on what he hopes to get.
Easy - one interview online with a MD. Nice, casual conversation mostly about motivations.
My interviewer sounded disinterested but it seems they are assessing your vibe more than anything else
HireVue, online aptitude tests, numerical reasoning (lots of time pressure) and motivational questions eg Why Barclays, why IB, what division, etc
Not much more to process, but a long wait for a decision from them
Completed an online assessment and submitted my cv and then was invited to do an online interview with an associate for the specific team I applied for and it took 30 mins
